Our Community
mypromptlibrary.ai is a community-driven platform for developers to discover, share, and improve AI prompts. We're committed to maintaining a positive environment where everyone can learn and contribute.
Prohibited Content
The following types of content are not allowed and will result in prompt rejection or removal:
1. Harmful or Dangerous Content
- Prompts that encourage illegal activities or violence
- Content that could be used to harm individuals or groups
- Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or dangerous substances
- Content promoting self-harm or suicide
2. Malicious Code or Security Violations
- Prompts designed to generate malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Content that facilitates hacking, unauthorized access, or security breaches
- Instructions for bypassing security measures or authentication systems
- Social engineering or phishing prompts
3. Privacy Violations
- Prompts that violate personal privacy or data protection laws
- Content designed to extract or misuse personal information
- Instructions for unauthorized surveillance or tracking
4. Hate Speech and Discrimination
- Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups
- Prompts based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics
- Content that incites harassment or bullying
5. Misinformation and Deception
- Prompts designed to spread false information or conspiracy theories
- Content that impersonates individuals, organizations, or official sources
- Instructions for creating deceptive or fraudulent content
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
- Prompts that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
- Content that facilitates piracy or unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material
- Prompts designed to bypass DRM or licensing restrictions
7. Spam and Low-Quality Content
- Repetitive, nonsensical, or clearly auto-generated prompts
- Promotional content, advertisements, or affiliate links
- Content that doesn't provide value to the developer community
8. Adult or Explicit Content
- Sexually explicit or pornographic content
- Prompts designed to generate adult content
- Content that is not appropriate for a professional developer community
What We Encourage
- High-quality prompts that help developers be more productive
- Clear documentation with examples and use cases
- Constructive feedback in comments and discussions
- Proper attribution when forking or adapting prompts
- Respectful interactions with other community members
- Reporting violations through our moderation system
Moderation Process
All prompts submitted for public visibility are reviewed by our moderation system. Prompts may be:
- Approved: Your prompt is published and visible in Explore
- Needs Review: Your prompt requires manual review and may not appear immediately
- Rejected: Your prompt violates our guidelines and cannot be published. You'll receive a reason for rejection.
If your prompt is rejected, you can review the reason, make necessary changes, and resubmit. Rejected prompts are saved as drafts so you can revise them.
Appeals
If you believe your prompt was incorrectly rejected, you can revise it to address the concerns and resubmit. If you have questions about a moderation decision, please contact us through our GitHub issues page.
Enforcement
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- Prompt rejection or removal
- Account warnings
- Temporary or permanent account suspension
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or our Terms of Service.
